  • How do I create a FitBe account?

    Download FitBe from the App Store or Google Play, then tap Sign in and enter your email. We'll send a one-time code (OTP) to that inbox — type it in and your account is ready. No password to remember.

    If you bought a plan on the website, use the same email you paid with — your subscription will already be attached.

  • How do I log in if I lost my OTP code?

    FitBe has no passwords — every sign-in uses a fresh one-time code. If your code expired or you didn't get it, tap Resend code on the login screen. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive in a minute. Still stuck? Email admin@fitbe.io and we'll send you a sign-in link directly.

  • Can I change the email on my account?

    Yes. Because your email is also your sign-in identity and the address your subscription is tied to, the change has to go through support. Email admin@fitbe.io from the address currently on the account and tell us the new email — we'll update it within one business day and confirm by reply.

  • How do I update my age / weight / height / goal?

    In the app: Profile → Settings → Personal data. Anything you change there feeds straight into the training plan — your next 2-week block will rebuild around the new numbers automatically.

  • How do I delete my FitBe account?

    In the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. A few things to know first:

    • Cancel your subscription first (App Store / Google Play / website) — deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription.
    • Deletion is permanent. Your plan, history, AI-coach conversations, and stats are removed and can't be restored.
    • If you'd rather just pause, log out of the app instead. Your data stays put until you sign back in.

  • Can I use FitBe on more than one device?

    Yes — sign in with your email on each device and everything syncs automatically over the internet. The same account works on iPhone, iPad, and Android phones; your training plan, exercise favorites, and AI-coach history stay consistent across all of them.
