If you purchased your subscription via the App Store, cancel it through your Apple ID: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Fitbe Gym & Fitness Coach. If you subscribed via our website, open the app and go to Profile > Subscription to cancel it directly. If you purchased your subscription via Google Play, cancel it through your Google Play account: open the Google Play app, tap on your profile icon, select 'Payments & subscriptions', then 'Subscriptions', and choose Fitbe Gym & Fitness Coach to cancel.

Payments are processed via the App Store (for iOS users), Google Play (for Android users), or Stripe (for website purchases). Accepted methods include credit and debit cards. PayPal is not currently supported.
If you subscribed via the App Store, refunds must be requested directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you subscribed via Google Play, please request a refund through your Google Play account. For subscriptions purchased through our website, you can request a refund by contacting us at admin@fitbe.io. Refund eligibility for website purchases is determined based on your usage or at our discretion.
