Cancel from wherever you started the subscription.
App Store (iOS): Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Fitbe → Cancel Subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
Google Play (Android): open the Play Store app → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Fitbe → Cancel subscription.
Website purchase: open the FitBe app on your phone and go to Profile → Subscription → Cancel. If you can't reach the app for any reason, email us at admin@fitbe.io and we'll cancel it for you within one business day.
The same place you cancel is where you manage the plan, payment method, and renewal date.

Discounted first-period plans (4-week, 12-week, 52-week, and the 7-day intro) charge the discounted price at checkout — no free trial. You pay $14.99 / $25.99 / $65.99 / $1.99 respectively for the first period. After that period ends, the plan auto-renews at the regular price ($29.99 every 4 weeks for the 4-week plan, $66.65 every 12 weeks for the 12-week plan, $109.99 yearly for the 52-week plan, $29.99 monthly after the 7-day intro). Cancel any time before the renewal date and you won't be charged again.
App Store / Google Play plans follow Apple's and Google's standard subscription terms — see your purchase receipt for trial details.
On the App Store and Google Play, payments use whichever card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay method is set on your account.
On our website we use Stripe Checkout, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. PayPal is not supported at this time. All payments are PCI-compliant and we never see or store your card number.
App Store: request refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds on iOS purchases — Apple handles them.
Google Play: request refunds from Google within 48 hours via the Play Store app (My Account → Order history) or play.google.com.
Website purchases: email admin@fitbe.io. We're happy to refund unused subscriptions within 30 days of the most recent charge. If you've already used the plan for most of the billing period we may offer a partial refund — just write us and we'll work it out.
