  • What is the Training Plan tab?

Training Plan is your home base. It shows a personalized 2-week training block built from your quiz answers — gender, goal, equipment, training days, mood, health flags, and current level.

Every 2 weeks the block automatically rebuilds itself using the sessions you actually completed. You can also regenerate it manually any time — your past sessions and stats stay intact.

  • Can I edit a training session?

Yes — you have full control.

Swap any exercise for a similar one targeting the same muscle.
Add exercises from the 470-exercise library.
Remove exercises you don't want today.
Adjust sets and reps per exercise.
    • Change which days of the week you train from Profile → Settings → Training days.

Edits stay just for that session — your next 2-week block will use the new info to rebuild more accurately.

  • What happens when I complete an exercise or finish a session?

An exercise counts as done as soon as you log one full set. Finish all the exercises and the session wraps with a summary: total volume lifted, time spent, calories estimated, muscles trained, and a quick rating prompt.

All of that feeds the AI coach and the next plan-rebuild — the more you log honestly, the better your future blocks fit.

  • What info do I get for each exercise?

    Tap any exercise to see:

    • HD video and image of the movement
    • Primary and secondary muscles worked
    • Experience level it's appropriate for
    • Required equipment
    • Mechanics (compound / isolation) and force type (push / pull / hinge / squat / carry)
    • Suggested set type (warm-up, working, drop, etc.)
    • Step-by-step instructions and pro-coach tips
    • A short overview explaining when and why to use it

  • What does the AI Coach do?

AI Coach is a dedicated tab where you can ask anything fitness-related — exercise swaps, recovery questions, form notes, plan tweaks, nutrition basics — and get a personalized reply in seconds.

It reads your quiz answers, current plan, and recent session logs, so its answers are about your training, not generic advice. Common asks: “Can you swap deadlifts for something easier on my back?”, “What should I do on a rest day?”, “My right knee hurts — can you adjust today's session?”.

  • Can I search for specific exercises?

Yes. The Exercises tab is the full 470-exercise library. Filter by:

    • Muscle group (chest, back, legs, arms, shoulders, core, etc.)
    • Equipment (barbell, dumbbell, machine, bodyweight, bands, kettlebell, …)
    • Mechanics (compound / isolation)
    • Difficulty

Mark any exercise as a favorite to find it faster later, and the AI coach can pull from your favorites when it builds a session.

  • Where do I see my workout history?

Training Plan tab → Past sessions. Each entry shows the date, the exercises you did, sets and reps logged, total time, and the session summary card. Tap into a session to revisit the details or repeat it tomorrow with one tap.

  • What's in the Profile tab?

    Everything account-related:

    • Account info (email, member-since date)
    • Subscription details and renewal date
    • Original quiz results — re-take the quiz any time to refresh your plan
    • Personal data (age, weight, height, goal, training days, equipment)
    • Notification preferences
    • Help center + support email
    • Log out / delete account
