The Training Plan tab shows your current 2-week gym plan. It includes training sessions that are automatically updated every 2 weeks. You can also regenerate the plan manually without losing your past session progress.
Yes! You can add, remove, or swap exercises in your training sessions. You can also adjust your training schedule by editing training days.
Once you complete at least one set of an exercise, it will be marked as done. After finishing, you’ll see a summary with your performance.
Each exercise includes an image or video, target and secondary muscles, experience level, equipment, mechanics, force type, set types, instructions, tips, and an overview.
The AI Coach can answer your questions about fitness, workouts, and training plans. It’s available in its own tab and gives helpful, personalized advice based on your app data.
Yes! The Exercises tab lets you search and filter exercises by name, muscle group, equipment, and more.
You can view all your completed and ongoing sessions in the Training Plan tab. Summaries and performance data are saved for each workout.
In the Profile tab, you can view your account information, subscription, quiz results, settings, and also log out or delete your account.
